Resident Referrals
After receiving several requests from residents, we have created a new feature where residents can recommend a person or a company that has provided good service. For example: painters, landscape contractors, lawn maintenance companies, etc.
Note: Please keep in mind that no one associated with this web site including but not limited to the Editor, the Webmaster or the Officers or Directors has done anything to verify the validity of the referrals and recommendations posted below and takes no responsibility should the referral or recommendation be other than stated.

Lighting Recommendation
This referral come from Tricia Thompson who highly recommends Bill Brose, Jr. as follows:
I would like to recommend a man who as recently cleaned the very high chandelier in my foyer. After a very long time (years!!) spent trying to find a satisfactory way to clean mine, and guessing that other residents might have the same problem, I have found Bill Brose, Jr. He will take on all kinds of jobs related to lighting, including hanging lights, chandeliers etc. which may require very tall ladders which most of us do not possess. He is a very nice man who turned up in a timely manner, did an excellent job, and charged me a very reasonable amount of money.
